Weekdays are so much easier to stay on a diet. There is just so much less temptation and the busy-ness of work distracts from what you are eating. Today, I had the standard meals: oatmeal, pb&j, rice, ramen, and lots of water. I also had a slice of bread this evening as a snack. I think I'm bored with my menu, so I have more desire to snack. I am looking forward to obtaining free produce from a woman with neighborhoodfruit.com. She emailed me yesterday to let me know that she has grapefruit, which sounds so awesome, but she has yet to provide me with an address/pick-up information. I'm really excited about the grapefruit! If nothing else, it is something to look forward to.
